Returns Policy

Whilst we are sure you will love our products, we understand that there may be instances where you will have to return an item. We aim to make this as easy as possible for you.

We are happy to accept returns within 7 days following delivery. Every returned item must be in its original packaging and unworn with all the tags intact.

To return you goods simply email email sales@ziyacouture.com notifying us of your intention to return/exchange your purchase and the reason for the return.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods are returned back to the following address within the timescale specified and to ensure this a tracking service is advisable, (if so, please forward the tracking details to us). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Once we have received your item, it will be examined and processed by us within a few days. We will contact you via email to make you aware of when the exchange or refund will be processed.

Any refunds will be issued in the same format as the original purchase while delivery charges are non- refundable and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. . For our international customers we advise that we cannot refund any charges/tax you may incur when returning goods. Please note that a full refund will only be processed after having checked the item returned and on the condition that the products has not been worn, is in original packaging and in an re-sellable condition. 

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Made to measure items

There is no returns or refunds on our Made to Measure service.
